Terms and conditions
This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site, customers via other sales channels and Small Sprouts Co, the owner of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions from your first use and repeat use of the Web Site and purchases from Small Sprouts Co via other on line sales chanels. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.
Goods, Pricing and Availability
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from Small Sprouts Co correspond to the actual Goods, Small Sprouts Co is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether.
Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required [size] [number] [other features] of the Goods that you are purchasing.
All pricing information on the Web Site is correct at the time of going online. Small Sprouts Co reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers purchased are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers can not be redeemed after 12 month period and are non exchangeable or non refundable. All gift vouchers are non transferable to any other individuals or be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are non refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the consumer contract.
Delivery
We will notify you by way of email when your goods have been dispatched to you. Items will normally be despatched within two working days of the order or the following day via Royal Mail (Monday - Friday). No orders will be dispatched on a weekend or a bank holiday and will be dispatched on a weekday following on from dispatch times. If a courier delivery service is required due to weight and size this will be provided via one of our third parties to which you can request tracking number to monitor the delivery status of these goods. We do not provide a guaranteed delivery date service via Royal Mail or our third party courier suppliers.
Returns Policy
Small Sprouts Co aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange return. In this case Small Sprouts Co is responsible for paying the return costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Small Sprouts Co within 7 days to arrange return. In this case Small Sprouts Co is responsible for paying the return agreed costs.
We recommend the customer checks all items in their order as soon as the package arrives, in case any returns or exchanges are required.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Small Sprouts Co within 7 days and arrange return.
Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but you have changed your mind, please return them to Small Sprouts Co within 10 days of receipt. You the buyer is responsible for the return postage and refund of your order will be for the price of the goods only not the postage paid at the time of placing the order. Goods must be in their original condition to receive a refund for the purchase price of the goods.
Note -Your statutory rights are not affected.

Small Sprouts Co reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
None receipt of order
If you have not received your order within 10 working days of notification of dispatch please notify Small Sprouts Co via e-mail. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.
Please note that we will only re-send orders or issue refunds, where applicable, after 15 days from date of original despatch of order.
Privacy
Small Sprouts Co need to collect certain information to enable us to process your order. The information collected will be stored securely and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The type of information we need to collect includes:

- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We will use your email address to inform you of your orders progress. We may also use the information collected to send you information on products we think might be of interest to you but we will never pass on your data to a third party.
